The only reason they are getting a star is so I can write a review, they are a zero star company. BEWARE FRAUD CHRISTINA GOBLER is a fraudulent Claims Representative, she came in to my home and look at area that I was not trying to claim. I am a new customer working with my bank as a second party. We set up autopay on both my home and auto policies. My auto policy had no issues but my home policy failed since the autopay was approved too close to the payment date. I was never given a notice that my payment was past due. Instead I received a letter of cancellation and a fine a few days before the cancellation was going to happen.
