Michael Fragale, your agent was not very helpful to me even though I purchased a policy covering an apartment building. I understood at first communication with him that he like for example getting new car insurance would contact my then current insurer to cancel that policy. This and their buddy State Farm e are the most crooked, overcharging thieves to ever offer insurance. They don't cover anything or offer so little that you can't actually have the repair done. I'm leaving asap. Find someone reputable. These two companies are not worth your time. We had an uninsured drunk crash through our fence. They lowballed us so hard I rejected their offer and withdrew the claim. No one in my area would be able to fix the fence for anywhere near what this company offered.
