I set up auto pay with my agent immediately and they didn’t tell me it wasn’t working yet so they charged me a late fee. Also they bill you $2/mo to use their auto pay that didn’t work. Love it. Now my agent can’t get a hold of these people and their phone service just keeps directing me back to my own agent. They’re charging you for paying them on time regularly. And for paying late. I realize that literally nothing is free, but what a greedy bunch. I would look elsewhere.
You people are an awful and unprofessional company who have cause more damage to my home due to your lack of communication and incompetence. I can not express this enough, these people suck and should be punished. Never do business with these people.
Roadside assistance took 4 hours to get to me because their system is all automated/AI and doesn’t actually go through! I had to call repeatedly to get through to a real person and get help while I was stranded. So bad!
