They treat you like a small child which is very condescending and disgusting. The final straw was when the doctor and the nurse practitioner ganged up on me and tried to force me into taking biologics. I never went back after that.
Had an appointment yesterday.Could not find what building they were in so finally called and the receptionist was so helpful.She stayed on phone till I found them.The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable.
I called to get my son an appointment and the receptionist Jess was extremely rude and had an attitude as soon as she answered the phone. I called multiple other offices after and all the receptionists were kind and tried to help even if they didn’t have availability. I’m extremely disappointed as it’s hard to find good dermatology in the area. It’s defeating as a mother of a toddler trying to get them help and being greeted on the phone with someone who is not only unpleasant but also doesn’t even attempt to help.
