It was a good experience, I was taken close to my appointment time, did not have to wait long in the exam room. Provider was professional and did a good and through exam, the medical staff introduced herself and was friendly and helpful.
I really miss the old practice and Dr. Costa. I haven’t been a fan since they switched locations, names and all of the staff. It seems like constant turnover. I saw a new doc recently that I wasn’t crazy about. I’m going to see another doctor here the next time. If I’m not happy with that person, I will look into switching providers altogether.
The doctor was kind and patient. She took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and my options, often repeating herself to make sure I understood. She showed compassion and empathy. I had left a bad review for this office once before and I learned on this visit that that other doctor has left the practice. Glad they are bringing on doctors who put the patient first!
