I was seen for my annual check-up in October 2024. At that time I scheduled my next visit for October 2025. I was informed by the admin team that I would see a different provider because the doctor I'd seen was leaving. I told them that was no problem at all. Now I've been informed that I have to reschedule my October visit and cannot be seen until next year. Disappointing.
My husband and I have been to your facility three times and each time has been a very long wait. This time my portable oxygen machine battery ran out because it was on high for too long. We always arrive early and expect to be seen on time, especially as there were no people waiting. Otherwise, we're happy with Alexxa and the service you provide.
Appointment started on time. It wasn’t with the Doctor, but with physician assistant. She was very professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions. I was very satisfied. The staff in the office, in general, is very friendly and positive.
