I went in for a skin exam with Hillary. I waited over an hour to be seen. When I was seen Hillary was very professional and nice however she offered me a OPTIONAL service that took about 30 seconds. I receive my bill and this “surgery” costed me over $400! I reached out to their manager Nicole and after explaining that this was totally unprofessional to not inform patients that the cost of such a simple procedure was going to cost so much money she told me there was nothing they could do.
