TERRIBLE medical practice.  Terrible policies, don’t care about patients, their privacy or their experience AT ALL (even though upper management says they do).  Can not get ahold of anyone to discuss problems.  Staff is rude, hurtful and clearly unhappy there (which pretty much says it all).  MD was excessively fast, not sure a thorough skin check was even done (she missed identifying the 1 cm red  lesion on my chest that my primary sent me in for.  Told me I needed an expensive surgical operation (with 90% effective rate), ... read more

They couldn’t get me in and out of there fast enough.  Dr. Kevin Crawford barely glanced at my rash before prescribing ointment and steroids.  I am allergic to multiple medications and when I asked if what was prescribed was ok given the list of allergies I provided to him, only then did he look at the list to see if what he was prescribing would be ok for me.  He also suggested light therapy, but wouldn’t tell me what that would cost - wouldn’t even give me a price range- just kept saying it would depend on my insurance.  T... read more

BEWARE: Not the same Forefront Dermatology now that the practice was sold. They will schedule you for appointments knowing they don't provide the service for. Also if it has been over 3 years since last since by the office they will charge you a new patient fee on top of their visit fee. Working in the medical field I know this is not normal billing practice, they are just trying to bill their patients the most they can by providing the least amount of care they can. The past three visits to your office, I have waited at least thirty minutes past my scheduled and confirmed appointment time. This was my fourth visit and it also happened to be my son's initial appointment. We drove forty-five minutes to the office and were 15 minutes early, as requested, to your facility in Salisbury to make our 2:15 appointment. Horrible! I went in to get a pre-cancerous spot frozen off my lip. That went ok but when I went back in for the recheck the doctor asked if I want to do another procedure on my face that was suppose to be a preventive cancer procedure and my insurance would take care of it. NO IT DIDNT and I got stuck with an $800 bill. USE WITH CAUTION! BEWARE ALWAYS CALL YOUR INSURANCE FOR COVERAGE. The doctors do not care and lie.

Very poor service. I had a simple medication request. I called 20+ times and left my information and never heard a call back. I went in twice. Once no one was at the front so I had to call to get someone to answer. Second time, they lost my paperwork.

Hi, here's my experience. I had an appointment with Michelle Lewis. She was quick and dismissive. I questioned her superficial diagnosis, she insisted she was accurate. She was not accurate. She doesn't seem to care. Help! I need to go somewhere else to get the care I need for such a simple issue. My advice, consider somewhere else as a solid first option.
