Apparently everyone is too busy to get back to patients. This has been going on for three weeks. I had a reaction to either the medicine for my face or the moisturizer. I was working with the PA at the Neenah location. Still no call back with a new medicine or any communication. I’ve called at least 4 times to try to figure this out. I’m not sure if it’s the PA or the staff or a combination. This is horrible patient care.
