That's where I buy when I can afford new furniture.
When you spend almost $8,000 on furniture and are told it will only take ten days for some of it that's what you expect. Well that was almost a month ago and now they are saying it's going to be first of May. This is ridiculous!! We can't even sit as a family in the living room and enjoy a movie or have guests over because there's no where to sit. I am so disgusted with the service we have received and if we had known it was going to be like this we would have went somewhere else! This was the Glasgow Ford's furniture.
We purchased a couch that was not sewed correctly. It has been over six weeks and we have called consistently and have yet to speak to a manager. They sent someone to look at it, he did not take pictures and that was over a month ago and we haven't heard a word. We have begged to talk to a manager... but I guess since the sale has been made we don't matter! I don't get it, why not take care of your customers?
