I just left the Glasgow location, was in the store about 10 min before anyone would speak to me. I came to furnish my new home entirely. But because of the way I was treated I chose to leave. Very disappointed because I found several pieces I wanted to purchase. However I was able to go to Ashley Furniture, who greeted me and assisted me promptly. It was more expensive and I spent several thousand more, but their customer service was worth it after what I experienced today.
My experience was good. Our salesman was polite and helpful.
This is a great place to buy furniture, their customer service is top notch!! We had a problem with one of our couches and they fixed it with no charge to us. Would recommend to anyone 😊
Didn’t do what they said didn’t have a good experience at all don’t recommend at all. Will not ever shop there again!!!!!!!

My wife and i recently purchased living room furniture , mattresses and power lift beds. The staff was very friendly and we experienced hassle free, no pressure shopping. Our salesman, Tom Hurt was very pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable of the products we purchased and was pleasure to do business with. The Delivery was on time and as well the staff was knowledgeable of the products we purchased. They removed all packaging and disposed of it. Thanks Again Fords Furniture!
