Excellent customer service and great sales staff! Everything I have personally purchased there has been great quality and held up well. I actually have a hand me down piece (bedroom suit) from 1977 that is in perfect condition
I have purchased most of the furniture in my home from Fords. I have always found them to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Quinna is the best she always takes care of us. They stand behind what they sell.
Great people to work with. Have an amazing staff that know their stuff and the finance department is top notch.
They done a great job taking care of us when we were shopping for furniture. They weren't pushy like some of the other stores, they kept an eye on us and let us shop for ourselves, yet were right there if we had a question.
I've bought almost all of my furniture from Ford's. I have always gotten great service from Quinna. I plan on buying the furniture for my new house from her and Ford's in the next few months.
