I have been to the one in Ft Myers a few years ago before the one in the Cape Opened. Same old story as Ft Myers, long wait for a table when plenty were open, and then try to get an order in for food....but this one in the Cape is horrible. $11 for Paddy Melt that had to be cooked to their specs, which was med-well done, but you could get another type burger cooked to your liking. worst place ever !!! never eat their, horrible service.
Very disappointed. My family and I had made reservations had been there for over an hour waiting to be seated. And even seated other customers before us. Employees were beyond rude & even said things behind our backs as we were walking away.. I've never been so disrespected in a RESTAURANT. Ended up leaving an going somewhere else.
Great place. Food was good and drinks were good. Atmosphere was great.
