Christina...a waitress I've never seen get so unprofessional and nasty... I have tipped her before and to have a waitress corner you in front of other customers about her tip, not only humiliating but very unprofessional. Tasteless, her bus boy, server, and manager served us more than she did, I'm sorry she took our order, refilled my drink and brought the check... One of my favorite restaurants, i just had the best burger!
Ok let me start by saying that my visit was on 12/30 at 1:45 pm there was plenty of tables but they would rather you wait in the heat then seat you
Food was cold and waitress was almost non existent Big mistake
I have been the the fort Myers and estero locations many times with no problems but decided to try the Cape Coral one tonight. To start off my boyfriends beer was completely flat! After ordering our food, we waited for over an hour for it. We watched other who sat down at least 30 mins after us get their food before us. Once receiving the food, it was cold, the burger bun was so hard you could tell it sat inter the light in the kitchen for some time. Waitress made it a forgettable experience. I would not recommend the Cape Coral location
I am just not getting all the hype about this place. Now the bathrooms, they are cool. The service? Eh...not so much
Feels like you went to grandpa's garage and he made ya a GREAT BURGER while you waited!!
