Idiots! My home insurance recommended this company after my water heater died, (I'm assuming because they are the cheapest and I can see why...) when they called to schedule the appointment I told them I knew I would need a new one so bring one when they come. The next day the guy was late with no call. Sure enough he said I needed a new water heater but he didn't have one with him and he said that he would need to have it approved by the insurance company.
