I am extremely happy with my new Ford Escape, it's a great upgrade from my 2915 Escape although I enjoyed it also!!
I don’t own the car in the survey. Never been to Illinois. I live in West Virginia.
The service department has not been able to fix a problem with our Explorer and they have not let us know what we can do to get it fixed. It's been months with no attempt to contact us.
