THEY TREATED ME REAL NICE !
Bought my car from auto mart in Mount Vernon Illinois. Great place not even a few hours later had issues so I just said screw it ima go straight to the ford square. Got the issue fixed. Great thought my car was running funny and didnt have a ton of power open the hood and well who ever fixed my car left the cleaning rag in it was wrapped in a belt and some other stuff also my coolant and wiper fluid caps was open 🤦♀️ So thankful that I caught it before it blew my shit up Ugh
Very happy with the service at Ford Square. All of the staff including the office staff and the service staff are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. This week I had our Lincoln serviced including the car wash. All was completed in a timely manner and the car wash was extremely well.
This review relates to the service department only. They are overbooked. Took a second day just to get an estimate of the needed repairs. Not sure why that wasn’t done the same day I left my car with them. The place is also dirty. It really needs some paint on the walls, new carpet, etc. It felt way more sketchy than a dealership experience should.
