I didn't think this company was as terrible as the reviews but we were quickly proven wrong and now I agree with a lot of other people on here. If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have. I rented a 1,150 sq. ft. house located at 108 price London, Ar from Ford Property Management. The inside of the house was filthy and had a bathroom sink that didn't work. there was permanent stains on the tile grout and hardwood floors. This was all identified during my walk down inspection prior to signing the 6 month lease. the outside of the house and landscaping looked like a section 8 property.
