This business is in no hurry to fix vehicles. I will NEVER take my car here again or buy any vehicle from **** Estes.
Terrible customer service from the sales team. They will do anything to take your money, but will do nothing to fix problems on a new truck. I was told multiple times, I dont care if you spent $80,000 or $80 dollars, we are going to make it right and the way they make it right is to say there is nothing they are going to do to fix the problems. And the problems go all the way to the number 2 guy at bill Estes Ford. They literally said that the problems now with the 2021 f350 are mine to deal with and they want nothing to do ... read more
We were manipulated on our contract...I believe our finance person. Work our contract backwards showing us our payment with the included extended warranty for repair,,glass,,, interior and exterior protection,,dent repair ,,,and tire and wheel,,,without showing us the individual pricing for covered repairs,,,These extras come in at over 6000 dollars!! We signed a lot of papers but I believe the cost break down for the individual items were not on the original paperwork,or we would of noticed an additional 6000 dollars..also ... read more
