They cheat their employees Ray the owner is a liar and a cheat and they over price everything they do beatrice ford is not worth fixing anyones vehicle and only like 3 people have the necessary credentials that means un licinsed people work on everyones car.
The secretaries are being paid for what? They don't take messages, they put you on hold for 30 minutes when all you need is the price of a tire sold at the company they work at, and they don't take messages properly, if at all! The employees are treated like dirt, are fired for unreasonable causes, there are uncertified people working underneath vehicles, and drug tests are not issued. What is this??
The whole operation they have going on right now is unorganized and sloppy. I fear the worst if they don't get it together.
Just bought a 2013 Escape. Butch was very helpful explaning everything and still is reassuring us anytime we need help he is there to help us . Service after the sale is very important to us.
