Bought a vehicle from here and sat in Rays office and made a handshake deal on repair work that was to be done on a vehicle that we purchased through ford auction. When the body work didn’t hold up to the terms that we agreed upon Ray would not stand behind his word. Purchased two vehicles and had all our work done and will never spend another dollar with a person who won’t stand behind their handshake.
This dealership made my vehicle purchase fun and painless. Everyonebwas super friendly and helpful. The service they provide goes way beyond any dealer in Lincoln.
Worst place you can go to get anything done, had a transmission in a month ago and its been back 3 times. Just picked it up 20 minutes ago and it only went 2 miles. No one there has a clue how to fix a thing. And poor customers service!!
They have taken care of several issues with my Powerstoke, always professional and personable. Derrick is good people. It's a bit of a drive from Seward, but I will not take my truck to Meyer Ford. Completely different atmosphere.
