My review is based on my experience of buying a new car. I had looked around on the Ford website for a dealer in the area that had a Focus in Frosted Glass and Ford Of Orange had been the only one. Went in and dealt with Bill who was so nice and made the whole experience easier. We had a hiccup with one of the floor managers who came off as rude and pushy, but his attitude was remedied immediately when he was called on it. Bought a truck from them back in 1996, worse experience I have ever had, thought I would never go back. Was looking to buy a 2013 Mustang, went to Villa Ford and they had minimal cars to choose from. So, went over to see what they had, ready to tell the sales people "just looking". They have all new sales people / management who were great, no pressure and they worked with us to get the price we wanted Moral of the story, never say never, was a pleasant buying experience. We left getting a great deal.

I brought my car in for the 100k mile tune up. Joel Angulo was my service advisor. All the service done to the car was great. When I got home I noticed one of the aftermarket metal bumper inserts was bent. I emailed Joel just to let him know, not expecting anything. He asked for me to bring the car by so he could look at it. Joel apologized and Ford of Orange ordered the metal bumper inserts. I took the car down this morning so they could replace the bent letter, no charge. Joel and Ford of Orange didn't have to do anything ... read more

I haven't bought a new car in a while. I detest the typical car buying experience. On this occasion I dealt with Mr. Pratt and could not have been more satisfied. I told him what I wanted and with which options. He didn't try to upsale me and we agreed on a price. There were no trips to the "managers office" or other games like that. He found a car and while it was being delivered we did the paperwork. Guess what? No surprises. Everything was as we agreed with no "problems" that turn up later that cost you more money. started out not having a great experience with one of the finance guys He was a little pushy and when I told him I couldn’t take his offer. I was told one thing and he brought in another deal. But…David Krolik and Andrew Billings are why we decided to stay. They are two great men and you should be proud to have them working on your team. If it weren’t for David and his follow up I would have taken the deal from my local Ford dealer. I will definitely be referring him and your dealership to friends and family.
