Had an appointment to see/buy a car and they sold it before I got there. The dealer even called the night before and day of the appointment to make sure I was going to be there. Drove 2 hours to find out they had sold it. Dealer didn't apologize, just proceeded to try to sell me another vehicle that I was not interested in. Just bad business!!!
I’m still in the process of making a firm decision on a vehicle but whether or not I purchase from this dealership I can say they have been as nice and as informative as could have hoped for. I’m looking at and comparing two totally different models by two different makers but if I decide to go with infinity, I’ll likely purchase from them if the car is still available. It’s a pre-owed that’s on their lot.

The dealer was nice, They did work with me on pricing and gave a ok deal on my trade in. The best part about the experience was that Ford of Murfreesboro provided me with a lifetime warranty on the powertrain and provide those with automobiles that are under 100k and less than ten years old. They did a good job on the cleaning up the truck. Definitely would purchase from them again. Ask for Patrick, he did a great job with helping me.

June 27,2021.. Horrible experience. They are willing to work with the price and the lowest they could do is $45k but they want you to have their own financing only for the higher interest! I would not recommend them and the seats has stains. Make sure y’all look closer.

The dealer said the dealership will not sell the vehicle listed for the price listed on CarGurus. They have one that they will sell for $10,000 more than the price advertised on CarGurus.
