They have a policy that if something was promised during the sale, and not fulfilled within 30 days that the company isnt held to it anymore!!I bought a used car from this dealership, my sales *** was ******. 622195 I took my car to Ford Country Henderson for service that included tire rotation, balance, alignment, and replacement of all tire lug nuts due to Ford parts warping. The service advisor recommended using aftermarket lug nuts to prevent further issues. After diagnostics, they advised the rear shocks were leaking, the left marker needed attention, the battery required service, and the headlight ring was not illuminating.
