RecommendedFrom Grand Rapids, MI heading south for the winter. Woke up to no power steering in our 2011 F-150. We were just 2 miles from this dealership and there were “15 cars ahead of us”. But they got us right in ... assessed the problem ... ordered the parts ... and got us back on the road by 5pm. Even brought us back to our hotel and picked us up when the truck was ready. I’ve been going here for years and have loved it until the last couple of times I’ve went. Not only did they break my dip stick in my car, they also put the wrong oil in my car! And the time before last they didn’t put my oil cap back on.. I will not be coming back..
It's a great place to work and serve and assist the people of all the surrounding counties when they have a automotive need. We look forward to seeing everyone and meeting everyone.
