RecommendedCustomer service was exceptional,
when someone who bought a new truck, kept it serviced, comes back at 95k miles with a failing engine (truck worth probably 7k) dont extort a 7250 engine sale, when all is needed is an upper rebuild.
Fast and friendly, very helpful
On vacation in Chattanooga and our Escape began to run too rough to get us home. Called every dealership in Chattanooga to no avail, but Ford of Dalton made room in their very busy schedule to make the necessary repair. Their service team was superb.
