Dr Ford is an excellent physician and his staff all very professional..
Front office staff not helpful. There are a number of things the practice expects you to know, however, as someone who does not work in the medical field, this is quite unsettling. Dr. Ford did not have good bedside manner either. I do not recommend anyone looking for quality and patient and helpful care patronize this practice.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE FRONT OFFICE! NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. LUNCH VOICE MESSAGE IS ON BEYOND LUNCH HOURS. OFFICE CLOSED VOICE MESSAGE IS ON MOST OTHER TIMES. DRS. HAVE A GOOD BEDSIDE MANNER...BUT STAFF IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNPLEASANT! JACKIE, ONE MEMBER OF THE STAFF LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME WHILE SHARING MY FRUSTRATION ABOUT NEVER GETTING THROUGH TO THE OFFICE. WHEN I IMMEDIATELY CALLED BACK I WENT DIRECTLY TO VOICE MAIL!
