I had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. After getting a routine oil change, my car began stalling almost immediately after I left the shop. It had never done this before. I called right away, and they told me to bring it back so they could check it. Oscar was fantastic! He worked every angle to help resolve a couple of issues with my vehicle. While I'm not thrilled with the details of my warranty, that had nothing to do with Oscar. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and I truly appreciate his effort, professionalism, and outstanding customer service
