I'll continue to use the dealership on Wilmot and 22nd, working with Oscar in service. I've gone to the other local dealerships prior and wasn't satisfied at all. So I was a bit apprehensive coming to this location. But Oscar took care of me and handled everything professionally and were willing to answer any questions I had. For I had encountered some issues and hadn't been able to fix them myself without potentially making any warranty work invalid.
Ask for Jason. He is an awesome sales person. Patient, low pressure, great communication and follow up!

John has the awesome sauce😁😁 one of my best experiences. He definitely made the process smooth,easy and fast as possible. No pressure at all.. and he worked extremely hard to see to that I left the dealership with the car I was most happy with. Trust the process guys, John is hands down one of the best I've encountered. I would recommend him 10xs over. 💙
Another bad experience with the service portion of Jim Click 22nd and Wilmot. Bought another Bronco Sport and wanted the black horse badge and black lettering on the rear. Ryan took almost 3 weeks to finally communicate and get the parts. When I asked the price, he stated 2 hours labor. I found it hard to believe it took 2 hours, so I googled it, where it stated 40 to 60 minutes. He refused to agree and lost the job. It will be the last time I recommend that Jim Click.
