Great experience! Reese was my point of contact. He was professional, kind, and readily available to answer any questions and walk me through the entire process. The installation team was great, professional, and speedy. The roof looks great and I love the warranty.
After winter storm Fern, the guy who cut the tree off my house referred me to Force Roofing and I quickly received a call from Jake. He came out twice to inspect the roof and was always accessible when I had a question. He gave me a very detailed estimate and answered my questions. Jake made a stressful situation easier and represents Force Roofing very well. Give them a call if you are looking for dependable, professional service.
I really appreciated the effort and attention to detail from Reese in effort to help me through the insurance process. He did a very thorough inspection and found things that the insurance company had missed. Overall very good experience.
My neighbor gave me Wesley’s number and I had him come out to inspect my roof for a new house I was purchasing. I can’t say enough about his honesty ! He told me my roof was still in good shape and provided pictures for my documents. Wes pointed out a few things that could be changed out so I went with the roof tune up package.
