First off this is a positive review and I absolutely LOVE this place. Though I’ve only been to this salon one other time, today was my second visit, I have yet to be unhappy. The first time I took my daughter with me and we had our nails done. They turned out perfectly. Desde que llegue por Primera vez Paulina me dios una atención única y especial,le explique exactamente lo que quería y me recomendó, lo mejor, la atención , el confort, el vino, todo fue excelente y por último el resultado, superó mis expectativas, gracias, y sin duda alguna regresaré

The reason I even gave 1 star is because the place is beautiful when you walk in. Unfortunately, that is where the beauty ends. The tech burned me multiple times while removing the old polish, then when they were grinding down the acrylic my cuticles were cut multiple times, and that’s the pain of it. I was never asked if I wanted a design they just started polishing my nails after putting on the acrylic overlay, which is very thick on some nails and paper thin on others. Not clean enough. A literally made a toe and a finger bleed. Hopefully I didn’t catch anything. And while they were slow on the pedicure (which I was fine with) they rushed the manicure and did it at the same time making me turn over to the side uncomfortably. The pillows provided for my manicure to be done on the chair were dirty.
