Not clean enough. A literally made a toe and a finger bleed. Hopefully I didn’t catch anything. And while they were slow on the pedicure (which I was fine with) they rushed the manicure and did it at the same time making me turn over to the side uncomfortably. The pillows provided for my manicure to be done on the chair were dirty.

My nails looked beautiful, but I won’t be returning due to poor customer service and confusing policies. After paying over $100 for a toenail color change and fill, I couldn’t get one toe done because of surgery. I was told to return the next day to finish, but was charged an extra $5 since I didn’t come back the same day. I was never informed of this fee beforehand. Despite the great nails, the lack of clear communication and additional charges left me very dissatisfied.

Very unprofessional and did a sloppy job. I asked for a price before I got started and told them what kind of polish I wanted. Ended up paying $120 when it was supposed to be $105. The guy who did my feet lied and said I wanted gel so he charged me extra. My first and last time going there. They did nothing to fix the issue and need some English translators there ! Highly do not recommend!
