Our goal is to make our customers (residents of our buildings) as happy and comfortable as possible via efficient & professional property management. We are a family run business and treat our apartments like we would if our own children lived in them.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Moved into a new apartment to find the carpets in very gross condition--wet, peeling, and something that appeared to be BLACK MOLD. There was a strong odor throughout the apartment. When I told them about the black mold they said: "We can't determine if it is black mold or not. PENFIELD CT APTS. Great location: within walking distance to East-End Food Co-op, Evergreen cafe for tacos, and Bus Line. Apt well maintained, appliances in good working condition, and management is responsive when you need something fixed. They wear masks when they come to your home. Would recommend.
