I've lived in a Forbes managed property this last year and I think they are wonderful! If I needed anything, they would respond within 24 hours or less and have someone take care of things as quickly as possible. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly and professional. I would happily return to a Forbes managed home again. =)
