Avoid renting from Forbes Group at any cost. They are absolutely the worst property management company I have ever come across. They will be very nice and polite to you prior to signing a lease, very easy going and casual. As soon as you sign your lease everything changes. Anything they said they would do, things that they will follow up on, etc. will not get done.
