A close friend of mine took her vehicle to have an oil change. She went to check the oil the day after the oil change was done and found that the oil was black and smelled like gas. So she checked the oil filter. The filter was completely covered with dust and getting rusty. Clearly, the oil change was NOT done. She got charged for something that was NOT done. Beware as this happens quite often at Forbes.
Great place
A couple of weeks ago I was in Hutch visiting friends. My car battery died the day I was to leave. The folks at Forbes were able to quickly get me a battery and install it that afternoon. They didn't try to take advantage of me by raising prices, service fees, etc. I highly recommend them.
