Let me start by saying the gentleman is EXTREMELY nice and gentle. He was fairly quick and I didn't have to wait at all. My nails are another story. The shape is completely crooked. I had broken nails that I needed replaced and you definitely can tell which ones were replaced because they are curved down. I asked for ombre nails and the lady told me my nails were already faded anyway and I might as well just pick a color. I asked for ombre again and she said they don't do ombre.
