The information provided was thorough and informative, and the 3D imaging technology was impressive. I came in expecting a basic cleaning, but additional procedures were performed that I didn’t request or feel were clearly explained, including the gum scaling and 3D scan. While I understand the 3D scan was complimentary, I still wish I had been informed beforehand. The gum examination was very uncomfortable—I’ve never had a gum examination that was that uncomfortable before. I wish the office had been more upfront about why these procedures were necessary and asked for my consent before performing them.

I've had a wonderful experience at 4u dental. The staff especially and they're welcoming. Spir has been awesome. Makes you feel right at home and comfortable, especially when you're nervous about getting dental work. I can truly say that I have been 100% satisfied with the services and especially with Dr. Drakeford! For some reason I always feel that I'm not a good patient because I'm petrified of needles.
