It is always a pleasure going to the dentist when it involves a visit with the nice people at Washington Dentistry. Soosan has cleaned my teeth and my wife's teeth for several years and she is a perfectionist every time. Everyone in the office operates with such professionalism and it seems as if everyone actually likes their job their and enjoys going to work. I couldn't hope or ask for anything more.
They provide great communication about the status of your teeth - what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, what could wait, etc. in a caring manner. They are very professional and sincere. I found this practice from a web review as well and remember the review saying how they really do care about dentistry - I agree - it does show. A little pricey (sorry guys!, I'd be remiss, if I didn't mention it), but you only have one set of (adult) teeth, so take care of your teeth and let them do their thing when you need it.
From the time that I stepped foot in the office until the time that I left, I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of every staff member. I had no doubt that this is where I want to continue receiving dental care.
Great visit as usual! This is the best dentist office I have been to, though I would prefer direct billing to insurance rather than paying up front and getting reimbursed.
I have been going to Dr. Doctors at the Washington Center for Dentistry for YEARS. I have always been extremely happy with the level of service and care that I have received with them. I recommend to all of my friends.
I was very pleased that I was seen within two hours of having my front tooth come out. Dr. Doctors and the staff were efficient and skilled. What could have been a weekend disaster was taken care of with a minimum of angst.
I have greatly appreciated the overall cleanliness, and professionalism that is exhibited in this office. The customer service is superb.
As always a first-rate experience - Alyssa and Ebony were wonderful, very professional and helpful; Dr. Doctors was as calm and patient, explaining every detail. Unbelievably, a dentist one actually enjoys going to!
The visit went well and there is no room for improvement.
