Rachelle was great. She had clearly read up on my history before I arrived (the day before, because the computer was down the day of) and knew my status. She went over all the concerns and good things going on, and gave good technique advice.
It is very rare to walk into what I would call a dental spa. Visiting the Washington Center for Dentistry was just that. First of all, when speaking to the staff over the phone I knew that I had to visit. Everyone showed professionalism, and everyone made me feel like I had been a patient for years.
