I want to clarify, this score is meant for the owner. My son’s therapist and team were amazing and I am so grateful to them and all their hard work, passion and dedication. It was very upsetting to hear the owner has made the decision to end our services, with no care, thought or consideration to my son and our family. Highly recommended. I love how professional they are. My son has made great progress in less than a year. He really likes the place and their therapists.
Our son has been attending this facility since he was 18 months old, and he is now 42 months. We always prioritize ensuring his therapy sessions are consistent, and the entire team works hard to make sure he receives continuous and personalized care. This place is unprofessional, unfriendly, and untrustworthy. Regional Center should not send their clients here. Staff does not introduce themselves nor explain their assessments. They judge both, the client and child by asking questions that they should figure out on their own by actually conducting professional assessments.
