Great staff, good service
I unfortunately cannot recommend this practice, as I have spent a huge amount of time with them each year post-visit trying to get them to also use my secondary insurance. I just got off the phone with their billing department, and despite us having multiple calls about my secondary insurance, she had no recollection of it and had taken no steps. This should not be a complicated request. I will not be going back.
I have been going to Dr. K for many years. He is very personable and gives exceptional service. His staff is friendly and professional.
Easily the best optometrist place I’ve been too. Check in was warm and friendly, the staff was knowledgeable and easygoing and their prices are good. They are now the go to eye place for my whole family!
Dr. Jean DeMoss and her staff are fantastic! Dr. DeMoss has cared for my son's eyes for the past 7 years. We are so grateful for her expertise!
