Blood Flow Restriction therapy (BFR) is an amazing tool to reduce muscle atrophy. By restricting the blood flow to the injured limb, the patient is able to make greater strength gains while lifting lighter loads, reducing the overall stress placed on the limb. 🏃‍♀️Schedule an appointment with one of our physical therapists to see if you can benefit from BFR: https://bit.ly/2P4tCfT #WeAreFoothills #GetYourMoveBack #bloodflowrestriction #physicaltherapy
