We had an uncollared, malnourished female Retriever mix drop in here at the house, and my wife took her to Foothills for a check. Heartworms were discovered, and a visiting drug rep who happened to be there wanted the dog, worms and all, and wanted to give her the treatment she needs. I can see why, as she's a very friendly and loving dog (wish we could keep her ourselves).
