I had a truly wonderful time at Foothill. Moving here alone, I was fortunate to find a warm and welcoming community that made me feel right at home. The location of the property is perfect with Blackberry Farm and Rancho San Antonio County Park at walking distance. Corina, the property manager, was incredibly kind and supportive, always ensuring I felt comfortable. Foothill became more than just a place to live—it was a home away from home that gave me lots of memories :)

They did a great job keeping up cleanliness and offerings for amenities. The maintenance crew was consistently quick to respond and resolve issues. Management offers community family activities. A great place for kids to play together and make friends.
I lived in Foothill Heights for 3 years and it was an amazing experience. This apartment is nicely maintained with all amenities like Pool, Jacuzzi, Club House. Maintenance staff is very prompt and leasing office/management staff were always very responsive in resolving any issues. They also kept the community environment very lively with all the events like Halloween, Christmas or graduation day. Overall I stayed happily there for 3 years and would recommend it for small families specially with small kids.
Very well maintained and safe community. Keeping adding infrastructure what is needed for the community like dedicated charging stations, bike room etc. Community manager Corina is very well balanced in enforcing community policies and also understanding people requirements. Had best experience during both move in and move out. Highly recommend this apartment community.
