We lived at Foothills Heights for several years. We loved living there, as the apartments were located in a quieter and safe residential neighborhood with access to good schools, and were very close to Rancho San Antonio Nature Reserve. The apartment floor plans are balanced with good sized bedrooms and fully renovated interiors. I have been a happy resident in having made a home at Foothill Heights for more than 3 decades for many good reasons: great management team, terrific supporting staffs, friendly and discreet neighbors, clean and beautifully maintained landscape. Recently I put in a request for a transfer to another apartment and the management team (Corina and Claudia) was exceptionally accommodating and responsive to my request. I've had a great experience living at Foothill Heights Apartments. One of the best parts about staying here is the vibrant Indian community — it truly feels like a home away from home. There are always cultural gatherings, kids playing together in the evenings, and friendly neighbors who support each other. The apartment complex is clean, well-maintained, and safe.
