Very good apartment to live here. Very good and quick service.
My partner and I have been living at Foothill Heights for a year now. I can confidently say we made the right decision to move here. Corina is by far the most attentive, caring, and wonderful leasing manager we’ve ever had! The apartment complex is spacious, beautiful landscaping, and very well maintained. Management keeps doing improvements all the time. Claudia and Corina put a lot of effort behind community events like Halloween, Christmas, grad party, wine & art etc. Lots of free parking spots available inside the community unlike other places.
I enjoyed living here it was a great 5 years I especially am happy with the quickness of how things were taken care of and how maintenance fixed the problems right away
This community is exceptional! I resided there for over two years, and it was an extraordinary experience. If you have children, this is an outstanding place. There is an excellent school within walking distance, and there are ample green spaces where children can socialize, play, and feel secure.
