Rebuttal- Point 1-Tenant was informed prior to move in that the carpets were still wet from cleaning. After great insistence by tenant, McNamara begrudgingly agreed to let tenant move into property with wet carpets, based on the fact that tenant had expressly stated that there were no concerns about the carpet. Bad Management + Doesn't feel safe – I am currently a tenant in this complex. Well, the apartment is spacious and is close to Cal Poly campus. But unfortunately, the apartment management is BAD. 1.
