I wanted to thank this dental establishment for being so patient with us! My husband is in a wheelchair and they were very patient with him and gave him lots of information on what was wrong with his tooth - more information than a dental clinic that we went to in our neighborhood. In the end we were referred to oral surgeons in the area that may be able to help and told us about the possible options they have to help us in our situation. It was a terrible experience. The front desk staff were initially friendly, but I was shocked to discover hidden charges in my treatment plan. They deducted money from my insurance and made me pay some cash. They only informed me about the cash payment part, never mentioning that a portion would be deducted from my insurance. This was truly unethical. Today, I asked them why they did this and asked for an explanation. Im 45y.o and have always been afraid of the dentist, until I came to Foothill Dental Group! My experience here was amazing, Dr. Zhu was so gentle & answer all of my questions. Marianna and the entire front office staff were caring and genuinely nice ppl. I was always greeted with a smile and asked how was my day every time I enter the office!
