Normally when I read a review like this one, I think to myself, oh this must not be the whole story... Trust me when I say the front desk staff are the most miserable and unhappy individuals I have ever encountered. I'm not speaking about a one time occurrence. My brother seen Dr Mashigian for more than 2 Years the Dr nice guy. but the front disks lady super rude and horrible person she is an evil person I can’t believe she have souls or hart!!!! I was injured I needed argent care I was in a lot of pain I had insurance issue will be solved the next day she talked with insurance representative and told she could get confirmation number and if she wait to the next day she can collect the bill but she didn’t care and sent me home with pain horrible pain and reschedule me the next day ... read more
Dr M was conservative and thoughtful in his approach to my foot issue. Professional and I felt he took the time to educate me concerning my problems.
Dr is rude (Gold) and front staff is unprofessional. Gossiping on the phone about patients.
Very caring and gentle.
