I went into the office to have my partial repaired. They told me it would be ready at 11:30. I arrived at 11:30 to pick my partial up. I sat down to try it on and it didn’t fit properly, so the staff attempted to fix it. Everything was going fine until they applied some kind of adhesive and got the partial STUCK inside my mouth!!! The staff could NOT get the partial removed until 1 hour and a 1/2 later. I was so terrified as they kept pulling and tugging and sawing to get the partial removed. Hi Sheree, I am sorry that you had a bad experience, however we were trying to repair your partial for your benefit so you didn't have to purchase a new one. Typically we don't repair appliances that were made outside of our office. The partial you have is considered a temporary partial, but we would be happy to make you a permanent partial once you are ready. Again, I apologize that you had an unpleasant experience and if there is anything we can do to change that we will be happy to do that for you.
Totally restored my trust in dentists. Every staff member went above and beyond to put me at ease. Treated me with gentle care and respect. From initial visit to treatment was one day. I just want to thank all DDS employees for making my appt go smoothly yesterday. This Covid has put a somewhat new normal in how we go to the Dr. But I do have to praise one special lady, forgive me for not naming her. She will know who she is.
