I came to the centre with a bone spur on top of my big toe. I had previously been advised to move it as little as possible with the result that whenever I walked I was in agony. John gave me the opposite advice, adjusting my foot manually and giving me exercises to do at home, and now there are days when I barely feel it at all. It will never go away without surgery, but now that is something I'm not even considering because the improvement has been so amazing.

I was referred to John when I got tendinitis at the end of 2024. Literally every single step I took was very painful. John's therapy avoided the need for surgery, which would have been a six week recovery! Even after just two weeks of therapy the pain when I was walking was almost completely gone. John really knows his stuff, and always promptly and clearly answers any questions I have. Also, the supporting staff in this center are always friendly and very efficient. Two thumbs up!

I am so grateful to my friend who suggested I see John for my plantar fasciitis. Not only did he fix the problem, he also changed the posture of my feet to a neutral position. To achieve this I was prepared to visit John regularly to have my feet adjusted and I was committed to do the exercises he prescribed twice a day. I actually selected the FPC because of the many, consistently great reviews I read. Since embarking on the journey almost 6 months ago, I have not been disappointed, in fact John (and Vicki) have exceeded my expectations. First, service is exceptional. I was recommended to John by my sister, I had in the past had trouble with bunions and several other foot ailments. After the first few visits to Foot Posture Centre and undergoing John’s All Natural System I soon noticed an improvement, I also learned a lot about my feet ( I had no idea how many bones are in my feet and ankles) John and staff, Magda and Vicky look after my appointments etc… I would fully recommend Foot Posture Centre and the All Natural System to anyone who cares for their feet .
