Friendly, professional. Received a diagnosis but no plan to address. Was told nothing can be done but when I searched online many podiatrists were noting options to address it.
First time going, saw Dr.Woeste and he was very good at cleaning up my ingrown, giving advice and then walking me through the steps of the procedure as well!!! Highly recommended him!!
Dr. Killian was FANTASTIC! I have never had issues with ingrown toenails before and boy was my first one a doozy. He talked me through the removal procedure/after care thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable. He kept the mood light and kept me laughing. I HATE needles/shots so the lidocaine shot was honestly my worst nightmare but Dr. Killian was quick and efficient. I will recommend him to anyone that needs his services. Dr. Ward was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He always explains any problems and concerns. The office staff was very friendly and pleasant.
