I was very pleased initially but their refusal to fill out a short term disability form and send it in has changed that dramatically. The communication is horrible and it wasn't until 4 weeks and many phone calls later that they told me I send them this amount they will send the form in. In the meantime, they billed my disability company and got a check from them!!!!!!!!!!!! The money that I paid into and is rightfully mine. Dr Ramdass and the staff are great. I had ankle surgery and had a great experience..I am several weeks ahead on recovery...very pleased !!!!
