Lied about my insurance covering service that I did not recieve lies about my insurance that would covered service that I did not recieve even still after on the phone with both insurance company and his office insurance told them no we do not cover those services. STATE AWAY FROM DR. FLANNAGAN. HE IS A CROOK!!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY. HE IS A CHEAP BASTURD.
