I came in with a broken toe. I found the staff to be the friendiest, helpful & very efficient. I have been there many times now, & due to the condition of my toe & sprained angle, & neuropathy due to taking bladder chemo numbness & tingling. Dr. John also informed me that being double jointed is a problem too. I know I am in good hands & the BEST CARE POSSIBLE IS what I am BLESSED to be getting by both Dr. John & his INCREDIBLE STAFF.. I can’t thank him & his staff enough..

Absolutely the rudest staff that I ve ever seen at a doctors office. Confrontational and unprofessionalism is what is practiced here. The Doctor / Owner must be clueless because I ve never seen someone who works in an office do what they do. Absolutely no coordination between the doctor and the nurses or the front office all they worry about is getting your money. I taped a phone conversation which I will be posting.
I had to find a PODIATRIST for In- Grown Toe Nails on my Big Toes and I made 2 phone calls and on the third one I had a feeling that this is the place I should go too ! So I called them and they where so friendly that I said this is the place but still Leary!! When I went for my appointment and I met the Doctor John J. Adler I said WOW this Doctor really cares , he listens and explains everything � I knew I had made the right Decision!! I was recently referred to Dr. Adler due to pain in my ankle. He is an amazing doctor. Once he diagnosed the problem, he took time to educate me on my condition and set me on the proper course of recovery. Adler is a very friendly and caring doctor. The visit didn't feel rushed like at most doctors' offices. Most importantly, I am feeling better and know what measures to take to prevent a recurring injury in the future. Thank you Foot and Ankle Center.
