They get a one only because zeros are not allowed. My significant other sent a edible arrangement through 1-800-blah blah blah, that was to arrive on Valentine's Day. They delivery was left outside of the office building (3 stories, 75 businesses) overnight. Another tenant saw it and brought it to my office. Presentation, I cannot lie, was beautiful! Content, the fruit looked withered and the taste was worse. When I reached out to the company all that I received was a fast busy! I do not recommend this company.
