The pharmacists are kind and professional. Also very helpful with answering questions. Just overall nice people.
The most kind and professional pharmacy I've experienced. They're always on time and they keep your wait at the minimum.
The cashier/“tech” Kayla was rude and apathetic. I asked her if she could tell me if my prescription was ready and she stated she was too busy. This was a very important medication that I was needing. I asked if she could call me back when she wasn’t busy and she said no. When I called back to speak to a pharmacist Kayla purposefully put me on hold for 20 minutes. When I went to pick up my prescription she was crass and rude to me in person. Very catty and unprofessional.
I was having a hard time finding somewhere to fill a prescription from my vet and I needed it asap. I stopped by here and they not only had everything I needed but offered to mix everything together for me which made it much easier because it was a complicated mix. By far the most helpful experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Will be visiting here going forward.
